Claudia Royston, president of Innovate Direct Marketing, has experience that goes deep and broad, acquired over the course of 17 years.
Claudia has established and managed marketing departments for a number of companies and quickly made them profitable, including MJP Geopacks (B2B) and Abercrombie & Kent (B2C) and Valldata List Services (B2B, Non-Profit and B2C). She was a strategic planner for Rapp Collins Worldwide where she worked on business development for the agency, successfully acquiring new clients for the company. As a senior account executive at Brierley & Partners (a leading loyalty marketing agency), she planned and implemented marketing communications that drove retention and growth for United’s MileagePlus members in Asia. Many of the strategic initiatives she introduced are still in use.
Claudia earned a BA in Political Science from Reed College in Oregon and her Diploma in Direct Marketing (equivalent to an MA) at the UK’s Institute of Marketing.
